An hour and a half of tension release, breath control, flowing asanas and
complete relaxation.
For the first hour experience a Hatha Flow yoga class which will develop asanas (yoga postures) encouraging the breath to enhance your movements. You will enjoy stretching the muscle and joint ranges, opening, lengthening and aligning the body.
For the final half hour enjoy Yoga Nidra where you can allow yourself to be immersed in “yogic sleep”. Anyone can practice Yoga Nidra. I will bring you into Svasana (lying on your mat) where I encourage you to bring blankets, cushions, eye pillows, bolster if you have one, you can also use blocks (I have many of these) to support you …… whatever makes you more comfortable, supported and relaxed.
